Scott is passionate about enriching the lives of older adults
Scott Connolly was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, and relocated to Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, in 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Pace University in New York City and has spent more than a decade working in healthcare finance, including the past six years serving at the senior living community level. Scott is passionate about enriching the lives of older adults and finds the greatest reward in helping seniors smile and enjoy each day. Outside of work, he embraces the Salt Life and enjoys spending time at the beach, boating, fishing, and just about any activity on the water. He also enjoys playing golf and cherishes spending quality time with his senior mother.

Janice Boatwright is our Business Office Coordinator and has been with the company for 4 years. She is the hub of The Landings and The Crossings of Georgetown ensuring that administrative, financial and personnel tasks run smoothly. She manages accounts payable and receivable, and processes payroll. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling to see her daughter in Tennessee. She is a Georgetown native, and you will often see her interacting with residents and their families. It is not surprising to see her comforting family members or just hugging them as a welcome. She is an asset to both communities and an asset to the Georgetown Community.

Serving our residents and making a difference in their daily lives is what brings him the greatest joy. When he’s not keeping our communities running smoothly, Seth enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children, soaking up the sunshine at the beach, and fishing the local creeks—true Lowcountry style. Seth plays a vital role in both of our communities, and we are incredibly grateful for his hard work, heart, and commitment.
